We recently talked about the exciting new #DefyLabels Contest that MINI is presenting, and that the automaker kicked off in a big way with an innovative television spot during the Big Football Game. As your MINI dealers in Peabody we want to show everyone that our community truly knows how to #DefyLabels!
We want to bring the contest home and highlight those in our community who don’t let themselves get boxed in, just like the folks who make MINI cars like the 2016 MINI Clubman don’t let themselves get boxed in either! Said David Duncan, Vice President MINI of the Americas, “People have put labels on the MINI brand for years. We’ve been called the ‘small car’ or the ‘cute car,’ but we know we’re more than that. Despite those labels, we’ve continued to be inventive and innovative with our product line.”
It’s really easy to get involved! You can nominate friends, family members, or anyone you know who shows that they #DefyLabels in their own lives and experiences. You can even nominate yourself! All you have to do is upload a picture of the person you would like to nominate, and give a brief description of how your nominee continues to #DefyLabels. Then all you have to do is vote when the voting period opens on April 8th to narrow the field to 16 semifinalists. After that, four finalists will be selected, and they will get the chance to participate in the kick-off of the MINI TAKES THE STATES rally. Then come back to vote again starting on May 30 to choose the winner of the grand prize, a two-year lease of an awesome MINI Clubman!
We’re confident those in our community who #DefyLabels will get a lot of support from our friends and neighbors, and hopefully we can bring the prize home!
